For over 30 years, Todd has maintained his California Class A General Contractors license CSLB #554260, using it on a wide variety of heavy marine construction and renovation challenges, while managing or personally executing numerous home renovations on personal properties, and properties owned by others, both commercial an residential.
Working as a commercial diver in the offshore oilfield, he finished his Bachelors in Business, and later completed his MBA at the University of Southern California, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. His business plan was awarded "Best Graduate Plan" in the same year that USC's graduate entrepreneurship program was awarded #1 in the nation.
After successfully funding the plan and putting multi-million dollar lasers and aerial camera systems onto a large fleet of aircraft, he built and grew the firm (Airborne 1 Corp.) at a rate which achieved both the INC 5000 and INC 500 lists of fastest growing privately held US firms, and then sold the company. These actions helped populate the 2D and 3D maps provided by the major Search engine companies, with Airborne 1 collecting data over thousands of locations and cities, on every continent except Antarctica.
More recently, he provided strategic oversight as Officer of an S&P 500's "startup," successfully securing over $120M of funding for a new airborne mapping initiative.

Todd enjoys pretty much anything to do with the ocean, lakes, and rivers, above or below the water. He's an avid aviation enthusiast, piloting with an instrument rating and endorsed for high-horsepower and complex aircraft. When able, he also likes to head off into the hills and do a bit of recreational gold prospecting. Todd has been married for 34 years, and he and his wife Tammy have two adult sons, all living in North County San Diego coastal areas...

Prior to the merger, Mr. Asher worked as a consultant for Leslie, Wallace & Assoicates, LLP where he worked with clients in the food services (resturants, bars & catering services); medical practices and groups; law firms and other service induustries. He reguarily assumes of part-time corporate controller for many of the clients he works on and is actively involved in proactive forward looking planning issues.
Mr. Asher begin his public accounting firm working for a few local accounting firms and then founded Wallace & Asher. He later sold his interest in Wallace & Asher and assumed his consulting role with Leslie Wallace & Associates.
