Mary's experience in Design & Architecture landed her in a position on the popular TV Series "Flip This House," guiding all aspects of property renovations on behalf an investor.  

Todd loved her work and keen understanding of ROI so much that he tracked Mary down through the television network, and engaged her on a property he was working in Los Angeles.  

A decade  (and lots of projects) later, Mary augments her design work with realtor expertise, providing turnkey services throughout Los Angeles and Southern California, while also lending design expertise to numerous Hollywood sets, and a few fortunate individual investors.  

Todd is an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for excellence and operational efficiency.  

For over 30 years, Todd has maintained his California  Class A General Contractors license CSLB #554260, using it on a wide variety of heavy marine construction and renovation challenges, while managing or personally executing numerous home renovations on personal properties, and properties owned by others, both commercial an residential.

Working as a commercial diver in the offshore oilfield, he finished his Bachelors in Business, and later completed his MBA at the University of Southern California, concentrating in Entrepreneurship.  His business plan was awarded "Best Graduate Plan" in the same year that USC's graduate entrepreneurship program was awarded #1 in the nation.  

After successfully funding the plan and putting multi-million dollar lasers and aerial camera systems onto a large fleet of aircraft, he built and grew the firm (Airborne 1 Corp.) at a rate which achieved both the INC 5000 and INC 500 lists of fastest growing privately held US firms, and then sold the company.  These actions helped populate the 2D and 3D maps provided by the major Search engine companies, with Airborne 1 collecting data over thousands of locations and cities, on every continent except Antarctica.  

More recently, he provided strategic oversight as Officer of an S&P 500's "startup," successfully securing over $120M of funding for a new airborne mapping initiative.

Todd sees Synergistics doing great things for customers and employees, using advanced Logistics, Optimization, Linear Programming, & Program and Project Management tools alongside a variety of advanced imaging, design and production technologies, to "squeeze the waste" out of typical renovation project durations and costs, while ensuring pure excellence in design, materials, and workmanship.  It's his belief that sharing the benefits with customers will serve a ready market in Win-Win spirit.

Todd enjoys pretty much anything to do with the ocean, lakes, and rivers, above or below the water.  He's an avid aviation enthusiast, piloting with an instrument rating and endorsed for high-horsepower and complex aircraft.  When able, he also likes to head off into the hills and do a bit of recreational gold prospecting.  Todd has been married for 34 years, and he and his wife Tammy have two adult sons, all living in North County San Diego coastal areas...

Maria Rosino-Miracco is

On the legal side, Maria Rosino-Miracco specializes in mortgage banking, banking, and credit union regulatory issues, software companies, business transactions, and residential and commercial real property matters. Maria Rosino-Miracco is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, graduating in 1995 with a B.S. in International Business and minors in Economics and Italian, and then obtained her Juris Doctorate at University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 1999. 

Since 2001, she has held executive positions with Countrywide Financial Corporation and was in- house counsel and compliance manager for Arrowhead Credit Union and their subsidiary companies. Since 2007, she has been in private legal practice supporting the financial and business communities with her knowledge and expertise in legal and regulatory compliance matters. 

 Dino Berg founded and leads one of the leading Specialty Contractors in all of Southern California, Dino's Drywall - CSLB License #989989.  He's also one of those guys who knows pretty much everyone in the trades, across much of SoCal.  

Dino is a career drywaller/taper, who grew up in the trade. His father, uncles, and cousins were all in the business. He was cleaning floors as a child with his father and mother, spotting nails as a teenager, and learning every aspect of drywall and taping. 

Today, he has over 30 years of drywall experience, leading increasingly complex projects and programs along the way, both rediential and commercial.  Dino is knowledgeable, enthusiastic about his work, and brings professionalism and integrity to all projects.  He's deeply dedicated to being an honest, loyal, committed, and fair person. Every build and renovation is important!!!  Dino looks forward to  making our collective vision a reality...

If your project would be best served with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), we'll likely pull in a regional leader in all aspects of building them.  Meet Mike, who has 25 years of experience in residential, multi-family and commercial construction. He is a licensed CA contractor and LEED AP. Mike is responsible for all aspects of construction, including design, planning, and engineering at Moore Construction. Previously, Mike gained experience in the industry working for several small and mid-size home builders, as well as the largest commercial builder in North County San Diego. Mike earned a BS from James Madison University. 

 Mike founded and runs Moore Construction as a full-service construction company focused on ADUs & turnkey renovations in Southern California, and is Synergistics Tier 1 go-to for new ADU construction, while also providing overflow GC capacity for heavier remodels with additio

Jeff co-founded D&W, a Los Angeles based specialty retail-advertising agency. Selling the agency to DDB Worldwide, an international advertising agency, Jeff was appointed to the position of Co-President and Creative Director of their national retail dvertising division.

Developing and nurturing relationships with clients like Discovery Card,

Sears, Michelin Tires, Bristol Myers, Tandy Corporation, Heinz, and Weight

Watchers, his work won both awards and increased sales for his clients.

After finishing out his management contract with DDB, he co-founded WPA

Communications.  As President, he led marketing efforts for clients as

varied as Airborne I Corporation, Busy Body, Fredericks of Hollywood, Outdoor Life Network (OLN) and PacifiCare.

After selling WPA, Jeff helped develop and lead marketing projects including launching several entrepreneurial ventures including Jamba Juice,

where he also he became an early franchise owner, along with Noah’s Bagels and World Wraps.  

David Asher (CPA) has worked with several of the founders for over 15 years, on a variety of projects, providing oversight on complex financial and accounting matters, along with critical strategic guidance.  David has considerable experience as both an advisor and investor, in a variety of real estate development and investment arenas. 

David concentrates in the following practice areas: Auditing & Accounting, Taxation and Business Advisory Services. Mr. Asher has spent the last 31 years, and counting, in the public accounting arena providing accounting, tax and advisory services to a wide range of small and medium sized family owned business and high net worth individuals.

Prior to the merger, Mr. Asher worked as a consultant for Leslie, Wallace & Assoicates, LLP where he worked with clients in the food services (resturants, bars & catering services); medical practices and groups; law firms and other service induustries. He reguarily assumes of part-time corporate controller for many of the clients he works on and is actively involved in proactive forward looking planning issues.

Mr. Asher begin his public accounting firm working for a few local accounting firms and then founded Wallace & Asher. He later sold his interest in Wallace & Asher and assumed his consulting role with Leslie Wallace & Associates.
